Streaming Hi-Res audio

There also is a link about fixing MP3 files, but the link doesn't seem to work.
That is probably because there is nothing on the planet that can fix MP3s, except the "Delete" key.

I'm digging a bit more to find out details--the Billboard article is vague on technical details. (Is it true lossless? What are the bit rate and sampling rate? Don't forget, this is the same music industry that calls 320kbps MP3s "CD quality." )

At CES this year, Astell & Kern set up an exhibit for their high-res portables on the main floor, and many attendees didn't quite "get it" yet.

The Computer Audiophile site has a CES report--search for "DEG" on the page and the only additional bit of information I found was that Napster can apparently stream FLAC files...and again, there is no mention as to whether it is higher than CD resolution.
