Ms. Liliana Maritza from Santiago, Chile, and band leader of her Karma 22 group sent me list of artists who will compete in the upcoming Lani Hall Annual Festival/Concert.
There are varied formats of musical groups, and one that caught my eye, is the "A&M Blues Band". This group has been around for about 30 years, albeit with several changes in their line-up.
I was also surprised to learn from Ms. Yazmin Salinas in Mexico City, that a new restaurant called A&M Center has recently opened there. It features a menu with A&M related names. Ex:
A: They have a drink called "Love Potion #9"
B: They serve a dessert made with Jello, fruit, and rose water, called "Lollipops and Roses"
C: They also serve something called "Lani Juice" which includes pineapple, berries, and coconut milk.
D: There is a fish soup called "Rise", no it does not include Viagra! LOL.
E: There is a dish named "Ye-Me-Le"which is comprised of roast meat potatoes ala French.
I'm sure Ms. Yazmin, or Ms. Karenina might expand upon this list, as they go there regularly.
One of the things about this restaurant is that they sometimes have live groups playing songs from our favorite label. There are also photos of some of those artists on the walls. I'm told that Mrs. Consuelo the owner of the A&M Center is a die-hard A&Mer herself and that she has some 426 A&M items. This would include recordings, photos, and other memorabilia.
Here is the list of musicians, and groups that Ms. Liliana Maritza from Chile has generously shared with us A&Mers. It has the name of the artist or group, the format and name of the city or town from which they come from. It's very clear to me, that Ms. Lani Hall (Alpert) is greatly loved and admired world-wide, and on the world wide web. Muchas Gracias Srta.Liliana!

But this is only part of the festival. There's also an impersonators' contest and performances by invited artists (some of them are the winners of past years' contests). Well, that's what Liliana told me.
