David Lanz "Songs From An English Garden"

Has anyone picked up David Lanz "Songs From An English Garden" on Narada which came out back in 1998? Herb Alpert plays trumpet on the remake of Gerry And The Pacemakers 1964 song "Ferry Across The Mersey". Also on the CD are Dave Koz, Tony Levin, Roy Bittan and others. David does remakes from the sixties in new age/smooth jazz style. Matt Clark Sanford, MI

I believe this album was made for insomniacs, 'cause it puts me to sleep almost instantaneously. Even Herb's performance is lackluster.
