  5. Yes, Sally did record a single with Lou and Herb....would have no idea how to find a copy. Interestingly, I just finished producing a CD with Sally singing songs she's written over the last forty years (not that one, though) - it'll be released in the next few months. Mike Shapiro, Hussain Jiffry, and others played on it as well.
