Very sad i didn,t hear of Greg Lake until 1982 when he had a minor Solo Hit with the Single " Let Me Love You Once" i Loved that song immensely and from there i checked out the ELP stuff. He will Be very much missed.

I was surprised and saddened to hear of Greg Lake's death, so soon after Keith Emerson's passing earlier this year. I was a big fan of ELP starting in 1971, and was lucky enough to see them perform in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in spring '74 during their "Welcome Back My Friends to the Show That Never Ends" tour . . . my first big arena concert at the tender age of 17. Lake's "From the Beginning" and "Lucky Man" are classics of their era.
