I'm surprised no one noticed that today (May 10th) Julius Wecheter would have been 69.

I just happened onto this date at amcorner.com this morning.

Actually we used to have a "Today's Birthdays" feature on the homepage but it had to come down because of a technical conflict (which we all hope will be resolved soon along with the missing AOTW image issue). There's only a slight bit of truth to the rumor that it came down because someone thought they had exclusive rights to state facts like birthdays (and there's no truth to the rumor she actually sued one A&M artist for proclaiming his own birthday without getting permission from her first).
