Herb in 2012!

    Does Steve, Rudy, or the good Captain have any good rumors, educated guesses or inside stuff about Herb Alpert related product or him "Live" again in 2012?

    I simply cannot see 2012 passing without some sort of authorized CD's, Download's, or Video product this year, or at least I would be very disappointed if they don't start putting things out again.

    For example, what ever happened to the mountain of live video of Herb and Lani shot the last several years?

    Herb & Lani are new grandparents - their daughter, Aria, had a boy at the end of November. I would expect that whatever they do, it will be very close to home for a while.

    Grandparently congratulations to Herb and Lani! And, of course, to Aria and her husband! I can attest that it's a special feeling to be a grandparent. Spoil 'em rotten and send 'em home!

    According to a website called Theatre Mania, Herb & Lani will be appearing at the Cafe Carlyle in New York City from Feb. 28 to March 3rd 2012. They were recently added to appear there.
