I would tend to think so, the melodica that Lou is supposedly paying would date the shot to the Work Song era.

The cover is dated April 16-22, and says "Free every Sunday...", so assuming April 16 was Sunday, then it would indeed be 1967.

Please also note that the special was to be broadcast on CBS. There is a lot of revisionist thinking out there that it was always on NBC. The first broadcasts of Herb's first special and BEAT OF THE BRASS aired on CBS. They were both re-run on NBC. Then along came THE BRASS ARE COMIN' which aired on NBC (you can tell from the stars that appeared in cameos: Johnny Carson and Lorne Green). The Sentry special was syndicated, but aired on a lot of ABC stations.
