Just out of curiosity, who on this board had the good fortune of attending one of the concerts on the BULLISH promotional tour back in 1984. I was only four when that occured and my dad, who has been a Herb Alpert fan since LONELY BULL never went to a show of the BULLISH tour since the group was not playing in our area. As a fan myself, I'm just curious about what this particular tour generated and was it as big a success as the tours the TJB did in the '60s? I know that the BULLISH album did not do critically or commercially well, but we do have the record and like it very much. What songs were played on the tour? Was it all strictly tunes from the record or were some old favorites thrown in as well? Also, are there any known photos of the group at the time other than that fabulous one with Herb Alpert, Julius Wechter, John Pisano and the late Nick Ceroli (without his famous "Viva Zapata" moustache)?
