Been listening to Rainy Days and Mondays on repeat most of the day today. I guess I've just felt like I had the blues for a bit today (if y'know what I mean). At least I know that I can turn to music whenever I'm not happy :D

Today's Album....Made In America....
Not too much has changed regarding my opinion on this album.
I still love When It's Gone, Those Good Old Dreams and Strength of A Woman...
I still like very much Touch Me When We're Dancing and Somebody's Been Lying...
The remainder of the album I like somewhat , for various reasons:
When You've Got What It takes (the background harmonies)
I Believe You (Karen's lead vocal and the Congas, the fake ending)
Beechwood 4-5789 (the drums)
Want You Back In My Life Again (the energy).

After the brouhaha --- or shall we say, difference of opinion --- in another thread, I decided to give a fresh listen to the album, A Kind of Hush. Could I really like these songs as much as I have been saying? YEP!!! I find great things to enjoy about every one of these 10 songs! It bears repeating that part of my attachment to the 1975/1976 output involves a coming-of-age period in my own life, and I have thus formed a life-long attachment to Horizon and A Kind of Hush. The work stands on its own, however. And I will continue to enjoy them! They make me Happy! :)
