Yes, the song we mostly tie to CarpenterS, in Lowe's 'Sometimes A House Just Needs A Little Love' ad campaign, as opposed to something similar when it started as a (Crocker) bank advertisement...

An 'un-plugged' sort of bit, emphasizing guitar, as if Richard took on some other sort of instrument, while the singer sounds so uncanny like Karen!

Very tastefully done! Great use of the song. It sounds more like Aimee Mann than Karen, at least to my ears.

Yes, done by myriad of artists, but we're hooked on the way it was done by Karen & Richard... Only, if only, we'd had those two, today! Otherwise I agree that Aimee Mann surely could have tackled that one, in the same manner...
