Hard to pick, since the majority of my favorites are non-A&M these days.

I'd probably take Fandango and maybe Whipped Cream. The Roger Nichols for sure. We and The Sea would do me for CTi. Synchronicity, Rhythm Nation 1812, Look Sharp...probably three others from the 80s or 90s to round things out.

TJB: WHIPPED CREAM, S.R.O., NINTH, WARM; B.M.B. THOSE WERE THE DAYS; CAT STEVENS: TEASER & THE FIRECAT; SERGIO/BRASIL '66: STILLNESS; BOYCE & HART: TEST PATTERNS; PHIL OCHS: REHEARSALS FOR RETIREMENT; SANDPIPERS: SOFTLY.

Everything mentioned here are all Great Choices my list would include a some of them but i would also include.
WES MONTGOMERY CLASSICS VOLUME 22
LUCILLE STARR THE FRENCH SONG
CHUCK MANGIONE MAIN SQUEEZE & FEELS SO GOOD
LANI HALL COLLECTIBLES & HELLO IT'S ME
HERB ALPERT/TJB WHIPPED CREAM and as far as HERB (solo) RISE and FANDANGO.
of course this is just a partial list on my part.

Carpenters - Offering
Herb Alpert - TJB - Warm + Going Places +Christmas Album + SRO
J and Kai - Betwixt and between
J and Kai - Isreal
BMB - Fresh Air
Brazil 66 - Crystal Illusion
Herb Alpert - Fandango
Dillard and Clarke - Fabulous expedition.

On a desert island, I would need a couple of chilled Herb Alpert discs to sooth any marauding beasts. Someone a bit scary like Hazel O'connor could be used to frighten the more persistent animals away. Some A&M discs would be used purely to fry eggs or to flash SOS signals at passing planes. Some artists who spent time with A&M actually did their best work on other labels, (including some I am mentioning as favourites, below).
As usual, I'd cart a huge trunk of CDs onto the desert island, instead of just ten. Here are some I might take:-

Joe Cocker - Joe Cocker.
Joe Cocker - Mad Dogs & Englishmen.
Joe Cocker - Stingray.
Billy Preston - Music Is My Life.
Billy Preston - Everybody Likes Some Kind of Music.
Tim Finn - Anything A&M has by this fun, arty, inventive New Zealander.
Jeffrey Osborne
John Cale - 'Fear' is my favourite, but it's not on A&M.
Carpenters - 'Close to You', 'Carpenters' & a hits collection.
Maybe Elkie Brooks.
Toni Childs - Union.
Hoodoo Gurus - fun Aussie band. Not sure what was released on A&M.
Mental As Anything - Brilliant, fun N.Z. / Aussie band. Whatever was released on A&M, I'll take it - as long as it wasn't the later hits that Greedy Smith sang!
Iggy Pop - blah blah blah.
Queen - anything on A&M.
Simple Minds - Once Upon a Time.
Simple Minds - Street Fighting Years (?)
Squeeze - Cool for Cats.
Squeeze - Argybargy.
The Stranglers - had some good albums. Not sure what was on A&M.
Bill Withers - What was released on A&M?
