If you remember the 90s TV show NORTHERN EXPOSURE, then you'll remember its quirkiness. We've been working our way through the series on DVD with an episode or two each evening and last night we got to "Jules et Joel", a sort-of Halloween episode wherein we get to see this scene in the town's radio station, KBHR (K-bear). Ed Chigliak is holding a few albums in his hands, looking through them and I spotted a familiar back cover:
It's the Baja Marimba Band's HEADS UP album.
A minute or so later, the camera cuts to him again and this time, the BMB album is on top (a little harder to see).
Whenever there are scenes in the radio station, I'm always on the lookout for something familiar. As I mentioned in the Claudine Longet thread about LOVE IS BLUE, there was a verbal reference to her in an earlier episode.
