Anyone know about this TJB album?

Recently, at a record store, I saw a double album "Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass with Dick Clark: Accent on Performance". Here's a link to a picture and description of the album:

Does anyone know about this record? Did it have live performances by the TJB, as the cover seems to imply? Did it have something else? Is it any good?

It looks like PSA programs for radio. Radio stations are required to run X number of hours of Public service programming per week and pre-recorded segments like these were sent out to stations to use at will.

I would guess that these 5 minute segments featured a small interview with Herb followed by a track from one of the albums.

Thanks for your replies. I suspected it wasn't worth getting, but I was curious. I'm still wondering what, exactly, is on those records, but I suppose Harry's guess is near the mark.
