Man I love this album. I just played some of the cuts on my iTunes as I was getting ready for church today. Tracks 1, 6 & 8 are my faves.

Back in the days when I had a working turntable I'd often play about three hours consisting of this LP, the Herb & Hugh collaboration and the two LPs by the Herb & Hugh back-up players -- Arthur Adams' I Love Love Love Love Love My Lady and Manolo Badrena's Manolo. All from HErb's "African Period" which predates Paul Simon's...

--Mr Bill
who can't believe he hasn't been able to play vinyl for 19 years now... Gotta figure out a fix for that turntable my wife at Neil's suggestion! Surely that broken hook can be replaced.
