I think it was at least a single. I'm not 100% sure of "The Magic Wheels" appearing anywhere else, but with all of the foreign compilations and albums, anything's possible. Some of our Sergio-philes probably know the deal.

I have all of the Japan only releases, but I'm not home right now. I'm pretty sure The Magic Wheels is on at least one other release, maybe more.
 
Both the English and Japanese versions of 'The Magic Wheels' were on a Japanese single: Epic ECPB 340-SM released in 1975.

The sleeve says the Japanese lyrics are by Nakanishi and the music by Tokura, so I have always assumed it was a Japanese song translated into English.
