Dorothy Hamill Special that aired on March 2, 1977. That YouTube video was most likely ripped from the “Christmas Memories” DVD.
Thought it was the late Bobby Van, the host of the game show "Make Me Laugh" in 1979 & 1980. 
I have not seen her 2nd special back in 1977 BUT I seen the November 1976 Dorothy Hamill Special (8:00) along with the late John Denver (9:00) & Olivia Newton John (10:00) specials all on that Wednesday night on ABC!!
