These are the same generic emails I got when asking for a refund. I donāt think anyone actually reads their emails. I went back and forth with them for weeks advising I was asking for a refund not an update. They had my money (over $100.00) since last yr, seriously Iām just glad they finally refunded me. Iād never pre order from Universal UME again. I might buy the white vinyl later if itās ever released. LolJust got this reply email:

@Chris May thoughts?Did anyone ever think to, maybe, ask Richard directly? I didn't order, so I have no dog in this fight; however, perhaps going through Richard or his management for an answer might be more "fruitful" than going through UMG.
