Convert Lossless to 128kps or 192kps

I have ripped most of my CDs at the Windows lossless rate and put them on a separate hard drive as back up. I would like to copy a selection of them to a USB stick for the car at 128kps or 192kps. My question is whether there is a way to highlight a whole load of these and to copy them at one of the lower rates to a the same drive so I can then move them back and forth to the USB stick. I want to keep t he lossless versions as backup and I want to avoid having to rip my CDs again!

Any help much appreciated!
