If I remember right this was the first time I had heard of Gary Burton when this album came out. This got a lot of radio play back in the day. Corea and Burton seemed to have the magic on this recording, which comes across to me as a conversation between the two musicians. I used to play this a lot on late on a cold winters' night. The vinyl was very quiet on this release as well. It's interesting to hear a more subdued version of "Señor Mouse" as well. The program is all good. Besides "Mouse" I also love "Desert Air", "Falling Grace" and "What Game Shall We Play Today". Good stuff all around.
