Whod'a thunk it? Here it is May 5th, and it's Cinco de Mayo!!

Depending on my state of exhaustion, I may or may not be making Mexican food for dinner. Might take a few selected Latin-American favorites outside to listen to this afternoon. Rudy's taking a break from this @$#*&%# computer for the day, and going outside to do some major yard cleanup.

That's a change...from Greek Orthodox to Mexican!!

Decided not to do Mexican here tonight. I'm too tired to make it! Probably just a couple of steaks (it's our ritual Red Meat Sunday), and a potato dish that might be a little decadent, but it's really good!

Heck, I don't even have a Corona with a twist of lime in the house!
