Thanks Mr Bill, Rudy...the avatar was taken from the cover of the soundtrack to a 1970 Italian sexploitation film called Camille2000, directed by Radley Metzger; the soundtrack, composed by Piero Piccioni is a fantastic LP of urban easy-listening, I highly recommend seeking it out.
