I have just joined this Forum. I am a Brazilian born and live in Brazil as well. My interest is confined to SM&B65, SM&B66, Sergio Mendes Bossa Jazz Groups, Sergio Mendes solo works pre-Brasil '66 and Lani Hall works except for her cheesy duets with Spanish and Portuguese speaking "singers". Except for a few recordings (for example, Sergio Mendes "Roots"), in general I have no interest in Brasil '77, Brazil '88 and so on Groups, although I appreciate very much Gracinha Leporace and Bonnie Bowden singers.
