This rare clip is for a song from Joanne Vent's second A&M album. 'MUSCATEL' would have been 'SP 4255'. That's either the title, band name or both. The quality's a little rough at the end but otherwise fairly decent. Her first album, 'THE BLACK AND WHITE OF IT IS BLUES' was issued as SP 4165, released in 1968-9.
