Karen in ACS commercials?

Hi all,

I had almost forgotten that Karen once was a national youth chairman of the American Cancer Society until I found this newsarticle from 1971. I then suddenly remembered the photo in Randy Schmidt's "Little Girl Blue" book as well.

The article also mentions scheduled TV and radio spots. Has anyone ever seen/heard (of) these? (if they were made in the first place that is, since I know 1971 was quite a busy year for them)

Also, still hoping that their appearance on mentioned Tonight Show will emerge online someday...

I do. I think there were even records sent to radio stations with many celebrities that recorded messages on their behalf. The station could chose which celebrity or artist to play depending on their format and audience.
