I have always wondered a little about this lady, Richard's most recent songwriting partner.
Well, in the Feb 1, 2003 issue of Billlboard magazine, she was there on page 45...
For anyone else who was curious.

I kinda remember her as a singer/songwriter in the country genre. Anne Murray even sang her songs. She became quite popular.
