According to LA Weekly Pat Senatore's Trio plays this weekend at the Vibrato while Chuck Mangionne will perform Mon-Wed. Sounds like a good time to pay LA another visit.

Yes, but it's tough to find things -- they alphbetize by Kanji, not English characters. So far I've seen Sting, Police, Mendes, Carps and Cece Peniston (not bought any either -- the US prices for these things matches the prices here). I haven't hit the big shops yet -- HMV or Tower but hope to soon!

BTW did you see my reply to your post about Herb & Hugh at the Roxy? Another time we were in the same room at the same time. Weird. Bob's B ig Boy when I get back, okay?
