Richard Carpenter new Christmas CD

Last year, we were all sad due to the non-release of Richard's new solo Christmas album. Does anyone know if it will hit the stores this Christmas? He has previewed many of the songs, including his duet with Petula Clark, and the song his 5 year old son performed at the "Top of the world benefit". Recording was started well over two years ago.

Anyone have any news???
