Shock , horror , to my amazement there is a Japanese re-issue of the Stillness available !! A little late in the day but, where to buy please ?!



Greetings from Holland where the Christmas trees are green and there is at LEAST one Mendes fan.

Hi mendesjunky, and welcome to the forum.

If you do a few searches, I'm sure you'll find our discussions on STILLNESS. Most of us bought it online from various sources - amazon.com, cduniverse.com, dustygroove.com (in the States) and straight from Japan at sites like hmv.co.jp and cdjapan.com.

Any or all of those should have it, or be able to get it for you. The variables of course are prices and shipping charges. You'll have to shop around for the best deals to your location.

You're aware that virtually all of the Mendes Brasil '66 and '77 A&M releases came out in that series from Japan, including long-sought-after titles like PRIMAL ROOTS and PAIS TROPICAL along with the aforementioned STILLNESS, three titles that had never been released before on CD.
