Can anybody tell me the meaning of the following expression?
I'm not exactly sure of it.

Something in the wind has learned my name

I don't think it means anything literal but something else.

Maybe it's like: I have a feeling that something is happening to me.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance. :)

Thanks Harry.

Is this a colloquial expression or limited only in the world of song?

Do any of you get any particular impression from this and the other lines in this song by John Bettis ?

Maybe your explanation will make it clear why lots of people have loved this song besides Karen's vocals, its uplifting melodies and arrangements by Richard?

For me, the lines:

And the reason is clear.
It's because you are here.

and

There is only one wish on my mind
When this day is through
I hope that I will find
that tomorrow will be just the same for you and me
All I need will be mine
If you are here.

sound so common and natural that these lines bring home
to me a little happy state of mind that one is likely to underestimate as it
happens every now and then but that one will miss most once they have lost it.

One day I was in my friend Eddie's car and along came from the radio a Stevie Wonder song I Just Called To Say I Love You.
And he told me he was very impressed with this song because it really related to what he would often feel about his girlfriend.

It's really fun everytime you sing this song.
