Thanks, Jonathan! Incidentally a note of trivia — the Norman Seeff image placed as the intro photo to the Made in America chapter was originally intended to be the book's cover photo. I only mention it because you have this as one of the photos you included on the page about our book.

What's even more interesting, is that this is actually a photoshopping of two photos my wife Jozelle put together after we'd suggested the shot to Richard. She scanned and restored every single image I selected out of the archives, along with others we'd retrieved elsewhere. Such a tedious project indeed.

I know I shouldn't, but I turn off signatures in all forums I belong to. Too much "noise" getting in the way of the conversation.
