It took many years, but finally found this elusive promo album with the substituted tracks by Miguel Rios and Shawn Phillips. Uni was going to release it on CD about 15 years ago, but one of the aforementioned subs wouldn't grant usage.

So the two that got "bumped out" are Pete Jolly's "Most Wonderful Time" and We Five's "My Favorite Things". Nice find, Steve!

Hey, I just found one of these too. Must be pretty rare - there isn't much about it online - even discogs. I'll probably give it an entry.
