There's been no word at all as to whether Herb has been recording at all. Lately his efforts have been in his art and new restaurant. Hopefully, there'll be something in the works in the near future. And hopefully it will be far better that Colors, which many of us consider a rather forgettable effort.

To think, 40 years ago, Herb was performing "Whipped Cream and Other Delights", now he's serving it.

If the performers were agreeable, a series of live concert recordings from his new club would be a fantastic idea, I think. Although like other performer/owners, they often don't perform at their own clubs.
