Bossa Rio ALLEGRIA & LIVE IN JAPAN - why no CDs?

Since now just about everything seems to be on CD these days (even MAGIC LADY) I was curious as to why Bossa Rio's two post-A&M follow up albums originally released on Blue Thumb, ALLEGRIA and LIVE IN JAPAN, have never been officially issued on CD. That's a "Collectors Choice" or Oldies.com 'Two-Fer" I'd love to see!

Is there a problem with the Blue Thumb rights?

I actually inquired about this with the Brasilian label that released Donato's Blue Thumb album on CD. They said they were investigating rights issues and might be releasing these in the future!
