Brasil 66 dvd appearances- what's out there?

    As a new member of this forum, please forgive me if this topic has come up previously, but I'd like to find out what Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66 performances have surfaced on commercially available dvd. There seem to be numerous clips on Youtube, but so far I have only tracked down dvd releases for Music Scene, This Is Tom Jones and the Hollywood Palace A&M special. Are the group's appearances on the Andy Williams Show or Eartha Kitt's Something Special available to buy? Are there any others I should watch out for?
