Some very sad news to report. Trombone master Carl Fontana died Thursday in Las Vegas at the age of 75. He had been suffering from Alzheimer's the past couple of years. There will be a service for Carl this coming Tuesday, Oct. 14th, 3 p.m. at the Palm Mortuary on West Cheyenne. A reception will follow at the Mariott in Sumerlin, Las Vegas.
