I have the US edition that's similar. Mine contains the US CDs of GOLD (2-discs in its own right), plus the DVD of GOLD which had been previously released under the title of YESTERDAY ONCE MORE.
There was also a sort-of budget version of this released as a DVD of GOLD, with a CD of the 20th Century Millennium Collection CD.
I see that Europe also released a set like the one I posted first, but it was contained in a standard CD-sized case.
Japan issued a set with one GOLD CD, the CHRISTMAS PORTRAIT CD and the GOLD DVD, very similar to the one that Arthur posted above, but Japan put it into a CD sized case.
Lots of combos on this Sound + Vision idea.
