This is a long shot: I have the Mobile Fidelity LP pressing of Brasil 66's "Herb Alpert Presents...", which IMHO still smokes the Japan CD. 
There were some vague rumors of a Mobile Fidelity CD of this one floating around also, but I've never seen or heard of it personally. I don't think it exists: any of us B66 fans would have been all over it.
That would have been the only domestic release of this album on CD...IF it had happened.
If you can prove us wrong though, and have a copy or know where to get one, get in touch with me via PM. I won't hold my breath, but you never know...
