I think some of you know my sister-in-law has a long series of credits in TV as Production Manager, including many years on "Cheers." She and her family were just here visiting and it turns out a neighbor of hers used to be one of the principal cameramen on the old Danny Kaye Show and evidently has a garage-full of videotape of REHEARSALS from the show. Evidently they did run-throughs for blocking and camera purposes, including with the guest stars, two days before the show was taped live before an audience. This guy evidently saved all of the tapes from his three years with the show. So of course I gave my sister-in-law instructions to have him look for Sergio's several appearances. Though Brasil '66 was obviously lip-synching on the show, I'm very interested to see what they did during rehearsals. Evidently things were pretty loose during these run-throughs and it would be fun to see if the band actually played. I'll post here again if anything comes of this.
