Hi All,
I just bought this book over the weekend, a biography entitled "Olivia". There are 3 pages which mention Karen/Carpenters, and it mainly covered the fact that they were very close friends and that Karen's death affected her badly. It also mentions that she recorded "Rainy Days and Mondays" (on her CD Indigo) as a tribute to her friendship with Karen. I am typing this in the office (!) so I don't have the author of the book, but I am sure it can be easily located in one of the online bookstores, since it is very new (a 2008 book). No photos with Karen, but lots of others of ONJ from the past right up to the present.
