On the Herb Alpert/Hugh Masekela album, side 2 opens with "Lobo", which is credited to Edu Lobo.
All Music Guide has an incorrect credit for this song on the Herb/Hugh album, crediting it to the early Tijuana Brass song "El Lobo" co-written by Sol Lake. Likewise, searching on composer Edu Lobo and searching for the song title "Lobo" ("songs written by...") comes up empty.
As some Brazilian songs are often renamed, I'm curious if anyone knows the original title of this song, and if there is an original version of it somewhere (possibly by Edu Lobo himself). I've listened to some of Edu Lobo's recordings, but as of yet, have not heard this one yet. I'm convinced this was written under another name.
Any clues from our Brazilian fans here?
