Vocalist Joanna Pitt with special guest, Randy Schmidt, author of Little Girl Blue: The Life of Karen Carpenter.
This show will be a blend of the Carpenters' biggest hits with stories and excerpts from Little Girl Blue. Book signing will follow. Joanna's been singing Carpenters songs for several years. LITTLE GIRL BLUE AT THE 10th ANNUAL WEST HOLLYWOOD BOOK FAIR
Randy Schmidt, author of Little Girl Blue: The Life of Karen Carpenter, joins a panel of showbiz biographers including Jennifer Grant (daughter of Cary Grant), Sam Irvin and Michael Gregg Michaud for "THAT (WAS) ENTERTAINMENT: EXPLORING THE LIVES OF LEGENDS," moderated by David Ehrenstein. Signings will follow at @ 11:30am. The panel following this will feature Dyan Cannon, Stefanie Powers, and Florence Henderson.
