Mono mix of Hurting Each Other

I'm pretty sure this has been covered before but I could not find it.

What is the difference between the stereo version and the mono version on the promo single

I have the promo mono 45 & Karen vocal is more upfront & centered & her vocal is more emphasized on the mono side.

The breath you hear Karen take the very first sec is also not on the 45, but you hear this on the Singles 1969-1973 mix

I also wanted to add since were talking about mono's again, within the past month I picked up a promo mono copy of "It's Going To Take Some Time" #1351.

Of all the promo mono's that I have in my collection, this one & Solitaire are my 2 most favorite. I still get blown away at how upfront Karen's vocal is & how much her vocal lead is emphasized compared to the stereo side. It's really quite amazing.
