Today would've been trombone master J.J. Johnson's 80th birthday. There was a website on Yahoo dedicated to JJ, and he even would post messages from time to time. Now there is a new website for JJ, created by Matt Calvert, who did the last site for JJ. It's now at:

It's hard to believe that it's been 3 years since his passing.
