Jeff started an interesting thread here in the Mendes Forum: which songs received the most airplay following his initial A&M career? He also told of a cover sticker on the debut Elektra album which mentioned the "hit" Davy...news to most American fans.
That said, I've read several concert reviews from the Philippines where Sergio & Company perform "number one" hits -- most of which didn't even make the charts here in the United States. Songs such as If I Ever Lose This Heaven, All In Love Is Fair and Davy are listed as "smash hits" in the Philippines.
Makes me wonder about other countries...just which songs charted beyond the realm of the United States? Which received the most airplay and/or sales. Anyone have an idea? We'd love your input!
