Last monday i received the Burt Bacharach Something Big CD set and
today i received the digipacks from Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass.
What a week !!!
The Bacharach-set took three months to come to Holland and the
Herb Alpert Signature-serie about 2 weeks.
I am a great Herb Alpert fan for fourty years so my biggest wish was to
hear the Lost Treasures and it sounds lovely to me:
That old TJB sound with their lovely arrangements and their way of playing. Happy Hour and Lazy Day, my new favourites !!!
Now i understand your messages on the Corner because
i am reading it every day.
So now i'm gonna lock the door, sit back, relax and put these CD's in my player let come all these lovely numbers to me.
Mr.Alpert, Thanks for the Memory and i'll be a big fan for the next
fourty years.
