Till Bronner's new CD - "Rio"

Till "Morning in Rio" Bronner (sorry, don't know how to make an umlaut over the o) has swapped his flugelhorn for a trumpet on his new CD, Rio From this Universal/Verve promo video, it seems to be very smooth, classic Bossa Nova.

One good turn deserves another, and Sergio guests, lending vocals (!!!)to Ela é carioca. It's actually pretty OK. I do wish it was Mrs. Mendes instead.

All in all, I suspect ENCANTO fans will enjoy this CD too.

Thanks for the heads up on this one! I totally forgot to follow up.

From what I can tell, it's a classic make-out album with a smooth and sexy groove. Till does sound like he's been taking singing lessons from Sergio.
But better them than that Annie Lennox track... Ouch!!!

I did some searching...it's only early November and I don't mean to rush things... but here's Till's take on a seasonal classic.
