What's your favourite wordless vocal performance from any Sergio lineup?

Off the top of my head I can think of

The Frog
Casa Forte
Zanzibar
Asa Branca
After Sunrise

For me, though they're mainly winners, it's The Frog, not least for the soaring strings.

I also liked "The Frog" very much! I loved the contrast in the vocals, the rhythm section just cooked, and I even loved the horns on this - especially the bass trombone part!

On a similar note: Is it me, or did most of the "New Brasil '77" album end with vocalise: "ooh"s, "nah"s, "hey"s, etc...

Do partial wordless songs count? I love the vocalise part of "Spanish Flea" in "One Note Samba/Spanish Flea". The end of Viramundo (espcially the live version). Intro to "Upa Neguinho".

And don't forget the "Timeless":

"ô... ariá raiô obá, obá, obá..."
