Singer Aaron Neville has officially left A&M (or what's left of it) and has signed with Verve. His first album for his new label is due out August 26th, and will be an album of jazz standards called Nature Boy: The Standards Album. Among the backing musicians will be Anthony Wilson, Ron Carter, Grady Tate, Rob Mounsey and Michael Brecker.
