I was fortunate to get both brothers autographs on my cd booklet in the late 90’s when they performed at our local county fair. I also snagged all their Mercury vinyl albums somebody sold to our mom & pop music store in the late 80’s. Glad I kept them. Icons of their era.
That's a strange little Herb Alpert-related album. John Pisano of the Tijuana Brass teamed up with Willie Ruff for the album. Herb Alpert produced and even does a little singing on it.
I found it as a cut-out record way back when and figured it was one of those "never show up again" records, but the Japanese released it on CD - not once but four times!
